We hope that you are excited about your purchase from craniologie.com. If you are not completely satisfied, please review the details of our return policy.
- We will accept unused and unworn merchandise purchased on craniologie.com up to 30 days after the delivery date.
- Product must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags and in original packaging.
- To start a return, please email us at returns@craniologie.com
- If your return meets the above qualifications, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We are happy to help you with an exchange if you need a different size or color. Please email us at returns@craniologie.com so we can process your exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take 2-3 business days to process. After your return has been processed, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind it can take up to 3-10 business days for the funds to credit to your account, depending on your banking institution.
