Who We Are
Craniologie is proudly woman-owned, mountain-rooted, and fueled by a love for the alpine lifestyle. We were born in Breckenridge, Colorado in 2010, and we are now entering our 16th winter season. Our crew lives, works, and rides the terrain we outfit you for.
Our team members are called Headucators. They are mountain-lovers, gear-nerds, and the go-to experts in helmet, goggle, and glove fitting. We are here to educate, not just sell, because finding the right fit is about safety and performance, not just comfort.
What it’s like to work here
Headucation is the job.
We hire people who care about doing the work right. Our team is small, our standards are high, and we work in some of the best mountain towns in the country. Here is what we look for in everyone we hire.
We test what we sell.
Our team rides the same gear we recommend. Powder days, storm days, summer climbs. Every staff member is part product expert, part real-world tester.
We solve real problems.
Foggy goggles, cold hands, helmets that don’t pair with a customer’s goggles. Our team is great because they know the gear and they know how to fix things on the spot.
We’re rooted here.
Our shops are in Colorado mountain towns, and so are our people. We hire locals, and we hire people who want to be locals. The mountains are part of the job.

Don’t see the right fit?
